At Integrated Psychiatry PLLC, our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence‑based mental health care to individuals and families throughout Clive, Iowa, and the greater Central Iowa area. Established in 2021, our practice was built with a clear mission: to provide personalized psychiatric care rooted in clinical excellence, respect, and community connection.


Our expert staff brings over 20 years of combined healthcare experience, with advanced training and board certification in Psychiatry through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). As Board‑Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, we stay current with best practices and take a thoughtful, patient‑centered approach to diagnosis, medication management, and ongoing treatment.

ARNP, PMHNP-BC

Corey Weaver 

Corey is a board‑certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has worked in healthcare in the Des Moines area for over 20 years, including eight years in inpatient mental health care. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and went on to earn his Master of Science in Nursing from Allen College in Waterloo, Iowa. Corey holds a national board certification in Psychiatry with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).


He provides patient‑centered care with individualized treatment plans and is actively involved in supporting community mental health needs, serving several county facilities and providing additional outreach in rural Iowa. Corey’s specialties include depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, and substance use disorders.


Corey enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and watching sporting events, including his children’s track and soccer competitions. He also enjoys working out and is committed to continued personal development and growth.

ARNP, PMHNP-BC

Johanna Hesseltine 

Johanna received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand View University and continued her education at Walden University, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a national board certification in Psychiatry with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). With over 10 years of nursing experience, Johanna has dedicated her career to patient‑centered care.


She sees both children and adults, emphasizing collaboration with each patient to identify the most effective treatment approaches tailored to their individual needs.


Johanna enjoys spending time with her family, especially road trips and camping. In her free time, she also enjoys gardening, painting, and working on home renovation projects with her husband. She is actively involved in community outreach in rural Iowa and has volunteered with group efforts overseas to support underserved populations.

Linsey Miller

Linsey is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 20 years of diverse nursing experience. She proudly served in the United States Navy as a registered nurse, where she developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by military personnel and their families. Linsey received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas, and her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.


As a board‑certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), she specializes in mental health care, focusing on holistic treatment approaches for both adults and children. Throughout her career, Linsey has been passionate about patient advocacy, employing evidence‑based practices, and fostering a supportive environment for those in need. She is committed to lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.


In her free time, Linsey enjoys spending time with her family. Some of their favorite activities include craft projects, hiking, cooking, campfires, swimming, and attending family members’ sporting events.

Clinical Support Coordinator and Testing Tech

Salena

Salena started her journey working with Integrated Psychiatry in August 2024. She is in the front office working on scheduling, insurance verification, testing administration, and billing.


In her free time, she enjoys fun activities with her son, spending time with family, friends and pets, working on random art projects, and listening to music!

Registered Nurse

Claudia

Claudia has been with Integrated Psychiatry since September 2025. She previously worked in inpatient mental health for two years and spent the last four years working in hospice care. Claudia returned to her true passion for mental health and values the holistic approach to patient care that Integrated Psychiatry provides.


Outside of work, Claudia enjoys a wide range of hobbies, including running, board and video gaming, crafting, and reading. She is also a proud cat mom to her three fur babies.

Patient Access Specialist

Kacci

Kacci has been with Integrated Psychiatry since early 2026. She has worked in the healthcare field for over 12 years, primarily in long‑term care and Alzheimer’s and dementia units.


When she’s not working, Kacci enjoys spending time with her son, horseback riding, playing darts, cooking, camping, gardening, eating sushi, and continually learning new skills.

Clinic Director of Operations

Blaire

Blaire has been with Integrated Psychiatry since September 2023. She brings over 20 years of experience in electroneurophysiology and healthcare administration. Blaire manages many aspects of the practice, including billing, growth and development, and quality improvement.


Outside of work, Blaire is often on the go attending soccer games and kids’ activities. She also enjoys lifting weights, drawing, and singing loudly in the car with her kids.

TMS Technician

Zoey

Zoey is a new member of the Integrated team. She recently joined in May of 2026. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Iowa State University. She joined our team specifically to work with our TMS patients and support their journey.



In her free time, Zoey spends much of her time doing CrossFit, sunbathing by the pool, playing sand volleyball, having movie nights with her fiancé, attending Bible study with friends, and barbecuing with family.

Registered Nurse

Laurel

Laurel has been with Integrated Psychiatry since early 2026. She has been an RN for 7 years, with previous experience working in inpatient mental health and working as a travel nurse in Internal Medicine. Laurel is in the process of completing schooling for her Psychiatric Mental Health NP license and will graduate in May of 2027.



In her free time, Laurel enjoys a wide range of hobbies, including working out, spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and her goofy pugs, reading thrillers and watching true crime documentaries.
